To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Sales Administrator opportunity, you will have:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, with a dotted line to the Vice President of Sales and General Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our sales team including seven outside sales consultants and one inside sales consultant. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the sales consultants and be responsible for generating and distributing reports, fielding inquiries regarding job status, assisting with expediting late jobs and more. Requests, often simultaneous requests, will come in from sales consultants regularly. You'll respond to requests quickly, acknowledge that you received a request, execute, then follow up and communicate the results.

In addition to working directly with sales team members, you will communicate regularly with your supervisor regarding personal development, sales team communication, and plans of action and the VP of Sales to report trends and changes in lab sales. Other key responsibilities will include:
  • Generating and distributing sales reporting daily, weekly, and monthly to keep the sales team informed of territory performance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the sales team and lab personnel to ensure successful customer relations.
  • Effectively and consistently communicating and following up with sales consultants to assist in achieving established sales goals and active account growth.
  • Fielding requests from sales consultants to assist with job tracking and expediting orders in the lab.
  • Utilizing corporate tools and applications to provide sales consultants with lab data and support their requests for marketing supplies and job tracking. 
  • Partnering with lab personnel to gain an in-depth understanding of production workflow and address the sales team's needs.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new accounts by managing welcome packet distribution.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the inventory of marketing supplies.
  • Serving as Sales' point-of-contact for fulfilling orders and issuing credits.
  • Proactively anticipating and addressing sales team needs and issues, responding to requests promptly, and using the opportunity to build stronger relationships.
  • Using meetings, call-ins and the annual review process to identify professional needs and develop skills.
