To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Inside Sales Representative opportunity, you will have:

  • A customer service orientation; experience with customer service and/or client relations is strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, i.e. flexibility, adaptability and ability to provide personal contributions while also contributing to the overall team
  • Computer proficiency
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Existing industry contacts are a plus
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
You will support accounts throughout California. Our preference is that you live in California, but we also will consider candidates who live in adjacent states. For the most part, you will work from your home office, but you also will need to be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time, if necessary.

You will join a national sales team that includes Sales Representatives in several other regions. Our customers are independent eyecare professionals and many run "boutique" practices so they appreciate our ability to deliver customized, high-quality solutions quickly. You'll manage virtual contact with existing US Optical accounts in California.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Meeting objectives regarding performance, customer relations, and growing sales volume for branded products in your accounts.
  • Acquiring and growing your accounts' business and loyalty through the positioning and delivery of branded products, marketing strategies, service excellence and technical superiority. Quick question for you - click here
